The check in time said 2pm but it is actually 3pm. Our room was ready closer to 3:30pm.

Nice place in front of the beach. Bring a bodyboard. Food quality and menu needs a lot of improvement.

Nice setting, but in disrepair

We enjoyed Sunset Del Mar, but many things werre broken or in poor condition. I went to sit by the pool and the lounger collapsed and my back was wrenched. Many things didn't work properly.The staff was very nice abd Esterrillos is spectacular.

Great location but needs some "management"

Great location. Beautiful setting and pool area. Shallets pleasant but very little wardrobe space (OK for a weekend stay). Plumbing a big problem. Toilet did not work in first shallet. Took 24 hours to prepare a suitable alternative which had water leak by toilet. Restaurant pleasant but choice of food not great. Staff pleasant but not particularly helpful or friendly.
