Pour : Le restaurant pour le déjeuner
Contre : Fournir tous les services dans chaque chambre, incluant toutes les poignées aux tiroirs et rendre le stationnement propre (sans aucun déchet apparent)
Emplacement : Peu de choses à faire sauf la proximité du Festival of the sound et la croisière
En arrivant, la porte qui communiquait entre nos 2 chambres ne s'ouvrait pas, la connexion internet entrait dans une seule chambre (l'autre étant dans le coin de l'hôtel), nous avions une seule manette pour les deux télévisions, un séchoir pour les 2 chambres et la lumière en entrant dans une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas. Après la visite de la personne à la réception, seule la porte pour communiquer entre les 2 chambres avait été réparée et les autres services n'ont pas été réparés. De plus, l'entrée par le stationnement n'était pas propre et pas accueillante du tout. Même si le coût était à 100$/nuit, je considère que le service ne valait pas ce prix. Tellement déçues que nous avons laisser les clés dans la chambre en partant sans dire merci à qui que ce soit !

This hotel needs a total renovation to be a clean, safe place to stay. Right now it should be closed and renovated before allowing any more guests. There isn't even a front desk, parking is poor at best with no clear entrance to the rooms. A dark, damp stairwell leads to a darker, damper hallway will paint peeling off the ceiling and walls. Those were definite red flags, then our room had not yet been cleaned was the final straw. Very, very poor.

This was the most disgusting establishment that I’ve ever set foot in. It is completely run down; the mini fridge was growing mold (and who knows what else!) inside - when my friend opened it, she gagged from the stench; there was garbage under the beds - pop cans, wrappers, dirty socks, etc; the bathtub was black on the bottom and there was black mold on either side of the tub. The hotel is attached to a bar/restaurant (apparently the same owner) - those are the only people there to talk to - we asked for a vacuum - which my friend used to try to get rid of some of the dirt on the carpet (we thought someone would vacuum for us but they just left it outside our room beside the fridge that we had to put in the hall because the smell was so bad). In my opinion, Expedia should not advertise for, or have anything to do with this hotel. I’m not sure where or when the pictures that are online were taken but the room we had was not even close to looking like that one. And don’t even get me started on the claim of “enhanced cleanliness measures”. We spent the next 5 nights sleeping in a tent in the bush which was better accommodations than this hotel provided.

Booked a month ahead, even called after check-in time to make sure everything was set. We showed up that evening and were told “the housekeeper didn’t show up today, there’s no room for you.” And were sent away with no sympathy or help.

The carpet looks like it had not been vacuumed in a month. Debris was left under the beds. The bathrooms had mold that had been there for a long time. Fleas were jumping in the bathroom.

Unbelievably disgusting

This hotel was nothing like pictures on hotels.com Should not even be advertised to be rented. There was no check in desk or any formal hotel stuff. The office fir check in was a tiny little closet space in the attached sports bar The hallways were stinky and dirty. First room we were given had no bathroom door. Tv didn’t work. Upon complaining the second room we were given was a little bit better but the fridge was full of mold. The room had not been vacuumed there was garbage and stuff under the beds. Water stains on the ceiling from leakage above. It was too late for me and my friend to demand a refund and try and find another hotel as we were from out of town So we stayed there. But it was so bad we were worried we might wake up in the tub full of ice missing our organs. I couldn’t even get an official receipt upon check out to use for the new staycation tax credit And the charge for that was still $137 for a dump.. I would never recommend anyone stay there and it should be removed from all the rental sites The only good thing was the staff at the attached sports bar.
