The staff was helpful and helpful when needed. The bed was way too hard and the pillows too soft. Even two pillows didn't help. The toilet drained very slow and sometimes left paper after flushing.

Front desk lady was kind of dry, asked me if I wanted the “cookies” I was lost. Well they give you free cookies when you check in it I was not aware, so her question was random. Other than that everything was clean and smelling good!

I was put into a connecting room and could hear everything!!! I had to call the desk to have them call the other room and ask them to quiet down! I also had to listen to a big dog bark because the hotel is pet friendly. The room was clean and the hotel provided a microwave but you have to pay for breakfast which at the hotels rates you would think it’s included.
