Charged twice
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a bad check in person helping did not know what she was doing,and charged me twice for my room whom I already had paid for online. Got with the supervisor this morning and fixed the over charges now just waiting for the money to get back into my bank account.

Very clean room and spacious, restroom clean and working properly the shower head should be updated. Staff very pleasant and understanding. Negative I would say no complementary food so we had to pay for food. Maybe hotel should add in a small restaurant?
