You are invited to be our guest at the "Vine and Olive Estate in Paso Robles”. Come and enjoy one of the most accommodating properties in the heart of Central California Wine Country.

Situated on 15+ lush acres, this 6 bedroom 4 bath olive orchard estate can accommodate your group with ease. Bordered with picturesque landscaping and olive groves this operating orchard provides privacy and peace during your stay. Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.


PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:

- It offers a 1+ acre olive grove and operating orchard. It provides peace and tranquility with backdrops of nature and the breathtaking rolling hills of vineyards while providing endless entertainment and privacy. You truly get the best of both worlds when you stay here.

- This property was professionally designed inside and out to create the ultimate experience for our guests.  The entertaining yard provides a wood-burning fireplace, two grills, a basketball court, and horseshoes.   The interior provides an equal amount of entertainment and luxury with a billiards table, foosball table, and a top-of-the-line custom-made bar.

- The resort-style yard offers amenities for all ages ranging from outdoor activities to an outdoor patio that seats 16 people. Some of the activities include a full-court basketball, horseshoes, and corn hole  The outdoor lounge area and dining tables help you enjoy large dinners and gorgeous sunsets.

- The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with a 12x6 concrete center island, two ovens, 6 burner cooktop, a commercial-size sub-zero fridge/freezer,  and every chef item you could think of to create epic meals for you and your group.

- This thirteen-acre estate is gated and fenced in for ultimate privacy.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.
○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 12 guests, and maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.

Did not disappoint! Family had room to have fun!
My family came in for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly and we could not have asked for better accommodations! We were concerned that we may be a bit far from Cal Poly, however, not at all! The youngest in our group was my year old grandson. We knew it would be best to find a place where he could be on the go and where we could watch without concern. My husband children and grandchildren felt right at home! Shannon was so very responsive- We could not ask for more!

This property was just as advertised. It was super clean and spacious. We were here for a family wedding. The amenities made it the perfect spot for us. Basketball, horseshoes, pool, foosball, and the gym during the day. Hot tubbing at night. We were close to shops, dining, and wineries in both Paso and Atascadero. Would stay here again. The property manager was quick to respond to any question.

Lovely house about 20 minutes outside of town. Spacious, clean and has everything that you need. If your group is more about relaxing, this will work. If you want to walk to, or be close to town, it won't. We were fine with the drive, it was beautiful. Hard to get an uber from the house, but easy to get one back to the house. Highly recommend setting up transportation in advance. The weekend was great.

Long Weekend Wine Getaway for 5 Couples
Ten of us (5 couples) stayed three nights at this property and it worked out beautifully. The home was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for all of us to congregate as well as plenty of private space when that was needed. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation and the large dining room was perfect for us. The property grounds were equally delightful and we made great use of the hot tub, BBQ, and fireplace. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Love this place!
This VRBO property is beautiful and no details were missed! Our family really enjoyed this home and would absolutely stay again. It is a bit farther out than I thought, but would not deter me from rebooking. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. All-around great experience!

Wonderful Retreat
Had a wonderful time at this home. We held our annual bookclub retreat of 10 ladies and it was the best place we have stayed this far. Wineries close by as well as boutique shopping. We utlized the kitchen every evening for dinner and enjoyed having our dinner al fresco on the patio. Very well stocked with all the amenties you could need. We all agreed we would love to stay at this home again.

Luxury Property - Worth it
This is very nice property with high quality furnishing. All amenities are top notch. The property is well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Not that it will matter if you are going to disconnect, but something to keep in mind is that internet will be a bit slow and there is limited cellphone network. Would live and rent this property again.

This Was Swanky!
I'm not quite sure the pictures fully show the scale of this property. While it is a 20-25 min drive to Paso Robles proper, I loved the "getaway" feel of the place. We were a party of 5 adults, 5 kids (ages 8-14) and there was so. much. space. for everyone! The loft was a special delight for the kids (as was the hot tub, games, popcorn machine and TV in every room) and all the spaces were beautifully kitted out for everyone to enjoy. We loved the outdoor fireplace, the kids liked the outdoor basketball and cornhole options, and we just got a chance to unwind and be together. Kaitlyn was very accessible and responsive to our needs as well. This is a GREAT space for fun times.

A BREATHTAKING VACATION HOME
More than we expected. This ranch home gave us a pleasant stay after our daily travels. Very clean and so many amenities to enjoy. We didn’t want to leave. The communication between us and the manager of the property was so easy. Anything you needed was communicated back immediately. The home had everything and some! This was an A+ home!! Suggestion to manager: Fix the electric blinds in master bedroom upstairs. They were willing to have someone fix immediately but it was no big deal

Great family vacation property!
The entire family enjoyed the property! The pool table, foosball table , basketball court and spa kept everyone busy and entertained. The grill and outdoor dining were perfect for a family dinner. The beds were very comfortable. The house was beautiful and well stocked. We had a wonderful stay! Our concierge, Kaitlyn, went above and beyond in answering all our questions and making sure we were well informed!

The property manager was accessible at all times and promptly responded if there was a question. Amazing getaway with kids
Had a wonderful time staying at Vine & Olive. Amenities & Quality: The house is exactly as pictured. You can tell that the details have been carefully thought through. Everything was clean and the property management was very responsive to any questions we had. They added a hot tub just before our stay which put this place really over the top. - There was space to eat both inside and outside. I wish we'd had the opportunity to invite a chef and take true advantage of the beautiful dining room. But we'll just have to save that for next time! - The main living area has a pool table, foosball, great bar area, lots of comfortable seating. - Good temperature control with nest thermostats throughout - Bathrooms all extremely clean and well-stocked. If we'd forgotten anything at all, it was likely to be available. Kid friendly: We went with a group of friends and with kids from 0-4 years old. The place was very well stocked for kids. Plenty of pack and plays, high chairs, etc. It was also great that we could put the kids to bed and then there was just this great space that the adults could really enjoy. During the day there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and run out some energy outside. Location: Proximity to downtown Paso and nearby vineyards was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this property in a heartbeat and will likely be back in the future!

The BEST rental experience I've ever had!
I wished I had more time to spend at this place. Its setting is perfect, its floor plan is great, and the style is on-trend. If you're looking for an inviting place to stay with family and friends I would highly recommend you check this estate out.
