Perfect house for friend’s weekend
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had 3 couples staying at the Poe House for a friend’s weekend and it was a perfect fit for what we needed! We could walk downtown, there were pretty outdoor areas to hang out and it was a short drive to the wineries. Would definitely stay here again!

Great town
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was very charming, clean, and well-appointed. It also has a nice yard that's fully enclosed. my dogs loved it. The house is centrally-located in a quiet neighborhood close to wineries, restaurants, and an easy trip to the coast and Hearst Castle. We were there during record heat and the AC worked well, and the yard and deck were still fairly pleasant.

Wish we’d booked a longer stay so we could use the cozy fire pit. Walking distance to nice restaurants but remote enough that we had deer in the front yard.

Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse layout and bathroom sizes are strange/small. Also, fire pit kept going out and the propane tank was full. Something to do with the gas line. Also, sprinklers come on too early and we got wet. A sprinkler head in the back is broken and shot water straight up for a long time. Suggest fixing that as it is a huge waste of water.
