Located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles is this wonderful 1918 Craftsman home. This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Enjoy the large fenced yard with hot tub and expansive outdoor areas. Under the Oaks is the perfect destination, as have the entire property to yourselves. House has a full kitchen, living + dining areas and one bedroom.

Living Space:

This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV.

The kitchen is Fully-stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as an Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up.

The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” Smart TV.

The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit. Grill it up on the gas BBQ.

Additional Amenities

Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Pet Policy:

We are DOG-friendly with a Fifty dollar per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

Fantastic home!
The location of the house was fabulous… walkable to everything in town but on a quiet street. The home was cute and cozy. Perfect size for one couple. The owners provided everything you’d need… it was definitely the best stocked and supplied home we’ve stayed in. From toiletries to coffee supplies to plenty of linens and pillows, we had everything we needed. It was very hot during our stay but we enjoyed the hot tub each morning while it was still cool. Property was very clean and well appointed. Definitely recommend!

Cozy Cottage Stay
This was our first stay at "Under the Oaks" and we loved it! The home had all the updates it needs while still maintaining its old-style charm. Perfect for two, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is large, yet private and the street is quiet. We hope to stay here again!

Fabulous location, clean and comfy house!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, well supplied and comfortable. The pictures of the backyard on the listing don't do the property justice.... its so much better in person! Great location for walking to dinner in town after wine tasting in the area. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Charming Oak House
This charming property was perfect for the two of us. It’s very thoroughly equipped with everything you need- we especially appreciated having coffee and various coffee makers, ready to go! We also loved sitting out on the porch with our coffee in the Adirondack chairs, enjoying the mornings. The location is excellent, just a short walk to many cute downtown restaurants and shops. Wineries and tasting rooms abound! (Though if you come at the beginning of the week, as we did, there are fewer choices of wineries open and many close at 4 PM.) We Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house under the oaks. (Lovely hot tub too.)

The property is ideally located, has a great kitchen and spacious backyard we enjoyed with our dogs. Unwinding in the hot tub each evening was a plus! Cozy perfection...
We loved our time and stay "Under the Oaks." The home is well appointed, has all the important items we wanted...curl up cozy space, nice bathroom & shower, hot tub, outside gas fire pit, and a capable kitchen with lots of good coffee, and a safe parking space. The house is located just a short walk to town. We would absolutely stay there again. The house some old floors that make a wonderful real noise when you walk on the old boards; it just goes with the house. It has AC & a nice heater. What more could you want!
