Bellissima Location, carente il servizio

Poiché accettano ospiti esterni per la piscina e il loro core business sono i matrimoni l’ospite dell’hotel viene messo in secondo piano e rischia di non trovare il parcheggio all’auto per il quale invece ne avrebbe diritto.
Non mi è piaciuta la colazione, ma soprattutto il suo format nel quale bisogna indicare in anticipo quello che si desidera bere o mangiare

Gentile Lorenzo,ti ringraziamo per il tempo che hai dedicato alla tua recensione.Il servizio colazione, come era stato condiviso con voi, non è al buffet, ma su ordinazione da una ricca carta per rendere il servizio più fluido ed efficace ed è in genere apprezzata, come avrà visto scorrendo le recensioni esistenti. Come ha sperimentato di persona, anche quando il cliente non compila il modulo d’ordine la sera precedente, siamo presenti ed attenti ad accontentare ogni richiesta tempestivamente. In genere gli Eventi privati e la clientela del Relais convivono serenamente, visto gli ampi spazi a nostra disposizione.Abbiamo due aree parcheggi private, solitamente possono verificarsi momenti di intensa affluenza in cui abbiamo personale addetto ad occuparsi di ottimizzare gli spazi per tutte le vetture.Siamo spiacenti che abbia dovuto lasciare meno vicina in un'occasione durante i suoi giorni di vacanza qui.Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente qui al Relais Forte Benedek. Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe had a wonderful stay at Relais Forte Benedek. Our room was amazing - the outdoor hot tub and Turkish spa was an added bonus. The hotel itself is spotless and looks exactly like the pictures. The staff are super friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant menu is simple but caters for all and the breakfast was nice! Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We spent three nights in the premium studio suite. The hotel is very new, modern, and well-designed, with a high level of cleanliness. You can have a nice view from the garden of hotel. Breakfast is served in the room for free and it's really complete. The jacuzzi is also spacious, clean, and in good working order. The swimming pool can be used only between May and September. The bus station is right in front of the hotel, and in less than 20 minutes, you can reach Garda Lake by bus (though the bus doesn't come so often, every one to two hours), and the ticket is around €3. For traveling from Verona to here, you can also take the same bus line, and the ticket is €3.7. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of you. They also offer professional massages at the hotel. Overall, one of the best hotels I've been to, and I definitely recommend it.
