I like the location of the property as it lies outside the city proper and the view and the climate there as well. But i didnt like the absence of a lighted sign board of the hotel that caused us to miss or overran it everytime we went back at night since there were no streetlights.

We apologize that our staff didn't inform you that being a small business, we usually turn off our hwy sign late night to conserve energy during lean season. But with notification of guest's arrival times, we would certainly keep our sign on. Overall, we thank you for your great feedback and hope you will stay with us again in the future.

I like the place, serene and relaxing. I also like the food, delicious and nutritious and very much affordable. The stsff are courteous.
What I do not like sre:
1) frequent brown outs
2) the hotel does not provide transportatio services for theitr guests
considering the distance of the place from the city proper and very
few public service. vehicle in their lication.

Thank you for your feedback sir/madam. In response, we point out that there was an initial 1 roll bathroom tissue provided for the day. If more was needed, we would have gladly provided upon notification. As far as the water pressure, there actually is a water volume control on the water heater unit that guest can adjust. As far as wifi, we apologize as signal fluctuates depending on time of day. As far as mattress thickness, we are in process of upgrading our furnishings. Sa aircon naman, 5 po kayo sa room na regularly sleeps 4. Kaya medyo kinapos siya ng konti.

double check if your room is booked!
Posted Apr. 15, 2017 on ExpediaWe booked the "double room" for 4 pax and got the single room with extra foam instead. They said that there are no more available room and there are some kind of "misunderstanding" with Expedia regarding with our booking. Imagine, you will hear that after a very long drive... we are very disappointed.The room have a strong smell of the paint, no side table and we can't close the cr door. And for the good side they provided us socket extension, then the aircon and heater are working. We are still glad that staff provided us a "new" room with discount since it is peak season but not really happy about it. You paid the room and you arrived with nothing.

Horrible experience
Posted Apr. 9, 2017 on ExpediaWe booked for 3 days and 2 nights but we did not stay even for 1 night despite the fact that I was charged already in my credit card for the whole duration of the stay because there were too many little cockroaches flying and crawling around.

After a drizzle in the summer, there usually are flying insects in the atmosphere that get attracted to illuminated light bulbs at night. We told the guest to close its door but he refused; apparently he wanted to have his door open at night for natural breeze while the a/c was running also. It was against security regulations yet he insisted. Naturally, insects got in the room. The man was unreasonably demanding and yelled expletives at our hotel staff even after being offered tradeoffs by our courteous staff. We do not want to have this guest ever again. The man's wife apologized to our staff.
