Reception staff was rude to guests, also contravenes other staff. Hot water heater not hot at all with poor flow. Toilet smelly of uncleared sewer. Not value for money; quality not up to price paid for stay

Loved Sensi. The villa was super comfortable, the staff lovely, great little beach, gorgeous pools the setting and grounds beautiful. The location is an easy walk into town but also you hear the boat traffic in the harbour from all daylight hours. The resort seemed to still be getting going after Covid, so one restaurant was closed and the pool bar, but that didn’t damper our stay.
One thing I’d like to see changed if possible is availability of water refill stations as opposed to putting 500ml plastic water bottles in the room everyday. We had reusable bottles and I think people would be content enough to refill a plastic bottle for the duration of their stay.
I would most definitely stay at Sensi again.

This customer always complain for everything
For the water supply we try to fix immidiaitly but the terricfic thing he did is he tryvto fix by himself by turn on turn off our tap all the resort.
and for the room they are cooking and we are not happy after they left until now the rooom is smell of fish ad food and we cant see this room
for the insect bite its the nature and we serves the coconut oil and insect cream already and if you want to stay a nice and better beach ho to some place where there are many tourist and put chemical on the beach to kill all this insect or ho for 5 stars hotel do everything will be perfect for u guys

そのため、シーツの入れ替えが頻繁で無いのが原因か解らないがダニがいたようで、副数カ所を刺されて痒くて困った。
