The house is comfortable, its location at the corner allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze all the time, and you will not need AC during the day. It has a nice area outside to hang out or to enjoy a BBQ and the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager lives nearby and he is very responsive if you need anything. Loved this place.

We enjoyed the short distance to the beach. The neighbors were very friendly. The property was in a gated community. It was very safe to walk in the community.
The property has everything we needed.
