Nice staff and property, in room dining options are great and staff really goes that extra mile to take care of you. its also not in an area where you get stuck in traffic so great location, highly recommend!

Hot water issue, shower sprinkler head spraying all over. Not a 5 star hotel based on what is available. Had to wait for 30 min for breakfast and not all items were ready.

URGENT IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED
Posted Feb. 22, 2022 on Hotels1. There is no airport shuttle.Only a taxi service at twice the price is offered.
2. The hotel does not provide complementary ironing of 3 pieces of garments. Other properties offer complimentary 3 piece laundry.
3. The room has a sit down area with a wooden beading which is in deplorable condition.
4. Breakfast had no fresh juice. Only canned orange juice and flavored milk was available.

(1) As you mention about the shuttle taxi services, if you read the term and condition before booking our hotel its clearly mentioned over there we are not providing any shuttle taxi .
(2) This point also covered in term and condition( its chargeable).
(3) we are working on this point and definitely within a day we change the entire fixture.
(4) I'm sorry to say sir we are providing one fresh juice along with can juices and shakes ie water melon juice.
