Good Hotel but not accept International CreditCard

Stayed one evening 29th March....festival started and was very noisy from temple until late at night and started again in very early hours. Hotel comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. However biggest issue is does not accept international credit cards.

To call this hotel "boutique" is a real stretch of the meaning of the word. It is an unimpressive building on a very busy street facing a very busy elevated highway. It was moderately clean and the rooms were basic and bland. The real issue was with a waiter. I asked him for the wifi password and handed him my phone to enter it as i could not understand his English well enough. He took it in the back and came back and said "no wifi". I did not think anything of it until I tried to text that night and found the keyboard language switched. I panicked, though he installed malware or gave himself access somehow. I tried to complain to the front desk over whatsapp but they were unresponsive. I had to factory reset my phone and rest my passwords. So my bad for letting him walk away with my phone, but it happened pretty quickly. Caveat emptor at this place.

I am really happy with the sevices provided by the Grand Empire Patna. I would specially like to mention Mr. Sabbir for his warm welcome given to us. We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room. Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel and fascinated to know about the stories associated with the hotel, he told us about. Further, the breakfast was too too much delicious and the choices are very much. Anyways would surely be back for such a beautiful experience Service 5.0 Location 5.0 Rooms 5.0 I had a nice photo, and I will post it on my social media account.Love you Grand Empire

Hygiene was maintained properly, friendly staff, proper wifi facility.Overall a pleasant experience

Stay was good, Restaurant is bit expensive but the restaurant staffs were good and gave good service

nice hotel, minor detail much to be desired, no toilet roll etc little things. restaurant was excellent the chicken Nasi Goreng was superb.

Extremely basic rooms unless you ask

The location is in the middle of town by a major road - its super noisy if you are facing the roadside. I needed to change rooms 3 times until I finally found a room which reflected the photos on the website - the first one was like a prison cell with no windows and an open bathroom - fine if it was a OYO for 600rs not a hotel asking for 4000rs. The second one was similar without even a desk - again the same bathroom you would find in a youth hostel. Finally, the third room was fine and reflected the price - I am not sure why the hotel would not have offered this first? The breakfast is basic but fine. All in all, for a 3 tier city is super expensive for what it is
