No help provided by any staff, no room cleaning, i had to pay for electricity, water and cleaning when i leaft. Bath tub was full of leaves and hair. Remote control for tv didnt work and had to call the owner several times and text message the owner but didnt get any help. There was a hole in my front door filled up with tissues and garbage and stray cats everywhere infront of the building. Dont stay here, save your money.

So the property seems nice at first then you notice small things that are just out of the ordinary. There are punch marks on the fridge. The furniture is too big for the room and encloses the space in the kitchen. The cleaners don't seem to do a great job because the bathroom is kind of dirty. The hot tub had dirt in it and when filled up it looks yellow. At some point you find out all of the faucets leak for the shower the toilet and the tub leaks a lot. There is no way to move water to the drain so when it gets hot that bathroom becomes a sauna. Also it should be in bold written letters that you have to have a cash deposit for the room. Why the staff in the front desk doesnt take care of that blows my mind. I had to make 2 separate meetings to pay it and recieve what was left after another thing that should have been in bold as well, you pay the utilities too. Overall pretty disappointed with my stay.

It was ok just didn’t like the fact they were trying to change me for electric and water.

Dear Riccardo, as per our Policies and Mandatory Fees section in our listing, we do charge all the guests an arrival Cleaning fee of 650 baht, and also Electric/Water usage fee, according to the meter reading. You have to read the terms and policies before you make bookings on Expedia, and not accuse of "tying to charge you money" like it was something out of nowhere. Hope it helps, and best regards.

The room is so different to the normal with its kitchen, king size bed, special lighting, the kitchen has everything you need, the utensils were like brand new and untouched..you can take the key card with you or in case your off to the beach then just memorise the numbers the touch key pad, i think is a very nice touch.

Tv not working half the power points not working no wifi no tea or coffee pretty poor won’t be back

There is no tea or coffee provided mentioned in our listing. And also, there is no TV service in amenities stated.
