Check in process was long, staff member seemed very confused and had trouble locating our reservation. Cleanliness level was good in the lobby, but rooms could use a lot of improvement. WiFi was very spotty and only worked in the lobby.

Trevligt centralt hotell

Väldigt prisvärt hotell, nära till stan, men endå relativit tyst på natten. Trevlig och serviceminded personal. Frukost ingång likaså gratis wifi. Ett litet minus är att fastigheten saknar hiss.

Great hotel

Long and well deserved review.... I was going to leave a 5 star review regardless of my last day, but after what happened, I wish I could give this place all the stars. Woke up in the morning of my last day violently ill with food poisoning. By check out time, I was still sick and really not in good shape. The staff here went far and beyond what anybody could ever hope for, one woman went to the chemist on her own accord and bought me medication out of her own pocket and tried to refuse my money for reimbursement, she then let me rest on a couch recovering until my ride to the airport arrived. They showed such compassion and genuine concern for my health that was not expected but so happily received. There is a sign on the wall, "Come as a friend, leave as family." This statement could not be any more true. These people really do care about their guests. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. I can guarantee that I will be back. Best wishes to Cello Hotel.

very close to the banzaan night market

Pour : the staff is suuuuuuuuuuper helpful and friendly. 5 stars for her!
Contre : make sure there is no water clogging in the bathroom. not sure are you able to solve the wifi connection problem.
Emplacement : banzaan night market and biggest shopping mall in phuket.
quite near to the banzaan night market and shopping mall. location wise is good. water clogging in the bathroom as if you take shower more 10 min it started to flood.. no hair dryer so u need to borrow from the counter. no hanger in the closet so u need to bring your own? actually i am kind of surprise that there are no hanger in the closet.. the internet connection was poor, so u might need to go to the lobby for surfing.
