Hôtel et chambre très agréable. Par contre j'ai opté pour cet hébergement pour la salle de sport et lors de notre arrivée la salle etait en 'rénovation' aucun avertissement par mail, ni affichage sur place, ni sur les sites de réservation. Assez déçu

The staff here are phenomenal, they wait on you hand and foot like Royal, this hotel has its own unique experience and look To it , they have so many amenities ! A lot of free activities like yoga and boxing ! The property itself is breathtaking but I must shout out BEE At the front desk, she is the definition of going beyond , Toto Rosie and George ! Really made our stay so memorable definitely recommend 10/10

환경 친화적인만큼 많은 벌레가 나옵니다. 풀뷰였는데 계속 개미가 나왔어요. 매일 룸클리닝 맡겨도 매우 작은 개미가 많이 나와요. 심심치 않게 침대서도 발견됩니다.
룸에서 전화로 데스크 연결해서 청소 요청해도 몇 시간 뒤에 옵니다..
그래도 리조트 자체는 이뻐요. 조식도 괜찮아요. 매일 조금씩 달라지는 데 먹을 만 합니다!
정실론이나 카론비치 이동 셔틀 아주 요긴하게 잘 이용했어요~

Front desk staff were great, restaurant food was great.
Breakfast was average, cold food ,no barista coffee.
Less staff during breakfast.
Room not cleaned even we stayed in pool villa, had to request for deep clean.

All the stuff was amazing. Everyone welcome and greets me. and a breakfast buffet was pretty nice. Highly recommend!

The location surrounded by greenery, the hotel facilities and the staff were great!
Although it was the rainy season, we were able to take a dip in the pool during the sunny days and enjoyed afternoon tea.
We will definitely come back again!
