l'autre côté avec le restaurant, bruit de tous les passages nuit et jour et la nuit parfois
très animés

Sorry that you feel that way. I use apartment as my vacation home and work from there on laptop as programmer. There are from time to time some noises of people walking, but nothing more than talk and not during the night. There is no noise at all from side of balcony. It is absolutely quite location from any road/Patong noise.

Great apartment, great building and outstanding service

Das Apartment war nicht Neu so wie es in fewo angeboten wurde.Der Handtuch Halter war kaputt,

Und die Klima war sehr laut.
Wir hatten Kakalacken im Bad.
Das Gebäude ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Publié le 30 août 2023 sur HomeAwayHabe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Lage: etwas außerhalb aber dafür sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß 25 min, mit bike 6 min zum Zentrum.Zimmer: Sauber, geräumig, großer TV, genügend Stauraum, alles da was man braucht. Küche: Gut ausgestattet, wie bechrieben.Bad: Könnte sauberer sein, aber alles im Rahmen.Fazit: Habe den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die kommunikation mit Aleksander war auch sehr nett.Kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. :-)

your own kitchen to cook your meals, aircon was great, overall great stay and next time im in phuket will book again for sure.

Publié le 14 oct. 2019 sur HomeAwayVery nice property for our 6 day stay, a little out of way but we always hire a scooter it's a must . super pool salt water and a nice gym 10 minutes on the bike to all major shopping and bars can't go wrong would stay again.

Pla is a life saver

Beautiful modern Apartment
Publié le 1 févr. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe apartment is beautiful with a small patio, looking out at the trees , and sky , lovely to draw back the curtains and look out with total privacy. It is in a quiet location, yet close to everything a short walk away. It has a very comfortable big bed and great shower and wash room all very clean. The kitchen is good too if you want to eat in, but food in the locality is good and cheap. There is a lovely pool and gym at the resort also.. Aleksander the owner is very helpful, and replies to any queries immediately. Transport is arranged from and to the airport by Aleksanders agent ,at a reasonable cost . We were very happy in this lovely apartment so fantastic value for the cost . Thank you Aleksander . , hope to come back some day ..
