Pros: Stunning view. You can see the bay and the town from a distance from all of the room and the roof top. Roof top have lots of space incase you want to dry your laundry. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Both of the bedroom have their own bathroom. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Cons: Location, it is a bit far from town of Patong. It costs roughly 3000 - 4000 bahts to travel to town. It is also far from any beach. There is no direct way to get to the beach and it is not walkable distance. Little thing, you have to bring your own shower jel, and any other product that you use. Also, there is no air dryer. Nice kitchen but don't plan on doing lots of cooking here. However, ordering food delivery is very affordable
