Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsLes chambres sont sales il a fallu demander à changer 3 fois de chambre pour avoir une chambre convenable, c’est à dire avec des cafards, de la poussière, un jaccuzzi vert et j’en passe. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est magnifique mais pas du tout entretenu et le personnel pas très réactif.
Je déconseille fortement

Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyees, le jacuzzi comportait des cheveux des clients precedents. Chaque jour il faut « se battre » pour avoir des serviettes de toilette. La clim est extremement bruyante. Le personnel a la reception est antipathique. Le directeur s’excuse sur plainte mais ne fait AUCUN geste commercial. Cest dommage car cetait un endroit magnifique avant.

Ma chambre était propre le jacuzzi aussi très agréable le soir quand il fait chaud. le personnel est gentil.

Horrible or horrible

All the photos are nice before you book, but after your stay, you'll discover what's behind the scenes.
-Theft or disappearance of money (very serious but a reality)
-Faulty air conditioning
- The state and cleanliness of the room is very worrying (partial cleaning, broken wardrobe doors, Jacuzzi not working).
And finally, aggressive reception staff when you ask for the bank pre-authorisation to be cancelled, which in reality is a payment with reimbursement within 15 days.
Don't be fooled by appearances, stay away from this hotel!

Il y avait constamment des bêtes dans la chambres , la terrasse n’était pas nettoyée correctement. Jaccuzie très sale .

Établissement a fuir , aucune propreté, le services est nul , un manque de personnelles . Le ménage n’est pas fait , il ne change pas les draps et il oublie de mettre des serviettes pour se laver . Dès lézard dans la chambres et des cafard à fuir !!!!!!! Horrible hôtel
