AC is Very Lacking, sweated most of the night. I think they bought Boxsprings rather than Mattresses. They told me that Expedia hadn't notified them that rooms booked with breakfast. They brought in a cook from home. Pictures of Suana but they said closed because of covid. 2 years and they haven't updated this yet. No I will not return. Even my Thai Wife said Do Not Ever Book Here AGAIN.

We changed 3 different rooms and none worked properly, yet we still got charged 500 for facilities that weren't provided. We initially paid an additional 500 baht for an extra guest bed. The first room's bathroom didn't flush, and the second room didn't electricity wasn't working when we returned back to the hotel from the dinner. No one was available to help at the front desk, but the security guard. After complications, the guard gave us a new room, but no one was present to provide or move the guest bed we paid for. The third room we moved into also had a bathroom that didn't flush. When we asked for the 500 baht refund since we were not accommodated with the bed we paid for, the hotel refused with an excuse saying that we used the pillow. I believe that this is not fair, and the situation was handled very poorly by the staff. - In addition, the room selection of this hotel that "includes breakfast" actually did not come with breakfast as "our kitchen is closed due to covid."

This was a good area to stay for the Wonderfruit festival however, this would not be an ideal location for Pattaya. The staff are friendly and nice but they were not very attentive. There is slow service by the pool and the breakfast is pretty poor. The food is salty, cold and very basic. We went to Koon's Cafe instead which is 15 minutes down the road and is such a nice space with delicious food.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Stayed here with friends for a week. The hotel itself is ok, but the staff seemed lazy and the breakfast is very disappointing. I also had an issue with some mysterious bar bills assigned to my room that weren’t mine. Most days there the bar would run out of beer, spirits and food. The staff very rarely collected empty glasses, bottles or plates - so much so, that in the end we tidied the place ourselves. The room was fine though, and the pool and bar area was pleasant. They just need to keep food and drink stock levels up, and actually get their staff to do some work.

The property is an excellent location ty he lawn was well manicured the rooms were very large there is security you do feel safe and you are greeted by the manager
