Personnel très agrèable,superbe piscine a débordement,hotel un peu vieillot mais trés bien isolé de l’effervescence de Pattaya

Tres bel hotel

Tres Bel emplacement un îlot de calme et de tranquillité .Dommage que le royal cliff grand ne sert pas en petit déjeuner des buffets comme tout grand hôtel .il a fallu se rendre au royal cliff garden pour cela .

hotel presque parfait, mais mal habités

hotel chic, et qui sent bon avec leurs diffuseurs de parfum,personnel agreable,chambre cosy avec beau balcon avec transat, seul hic , lhumidité de la chambre a cause de la fraicheur du couloir qui passe sous la porte et au contact de la chaleur, si nous laissons le balcon ouvert,il y a condensation, donc dans les armoires les sacs en cuirs sont vite moissis, champignons assurés au bout de 10 nuits , donc a vous de trouver un bon compromis entre le chaud et le froid. pas assez de restrictions pour la piscine , les enfants sont nourris dans la piscine, les asiatiques se baignent habillés, certains rentrent mouillés et a torses nus au lobby .... je dis stop mettez des pancartes pour qu ils apprennent a se comporter dans un 5 etoiles il ya des devoirs et des regles a respecter...managers soyez vigilants, le client n a pas pas tout les droits, malgrè qu il paie.....

Great complex with beautiful pools and amazing views on the ocean and Koh Larn. Staff and service simply perfect. Two things still to improve: some shuttle from hotel to Pattaya central should be included in the high price of the stay, because the hotel is 4km far in the middle of nothing. . Here and there you can see that a small renovation could be done in the rooms. But generally very good!

Great hotel in Pattaya clean and super friendly staff. Prices are very good compared to others and hotel it’s has probably the best view in pattaya
