Let down by reception
Publié le 19 sept. 2016 sur HotelsMy phone and scooter were taken, by my ex girlfriend, this obvuously was not the guesthouse fault.
However when I used the internal phone, to ask reception to phone the police and send security to my room, I was told 'not my problem' . No help at all from staff, I had to sort out on my own. I Felt let down by staff. Rooms view of the beach was good, but beware, if you have any problems your on your own.
