環境可以，但下雨時房間天花板會漏水，枕頭太扁，浴室沖涼水很慢又唔夠熱水，應該要改善一下

The air-conditioning pipes were getting condensation and it drip the water on the ceiling. Already in process of repairing. We offered you alternative house but you did no respond. The bathroom has normal water pressure and hot water, we checked already.

When we arrived, the place was dark with minimum lighting. He walk us to the unit and there were a lot of bugs everywhere and geckos on the wall. For health and safety reason, we did not stay. We booked another hotel to stay instead. The pictures of the place are deceiving.

I wish i can upload photos or video and you will laughed at what reasons you mentioned here! For full transparency you should be educating and probably spend a lot more time with your daughter in the nature instead of leaving here half day on screen. She saw a few pieces of flies and geckons at the doors patio that are a normal during rainny seasons and it's a nature in Thailand. She Freaks out and you as a parent completely manipulated by her behaviour said that she cannot stay at the house. Regarding lights i cannot understand what bright you need when each and every house has lights outside the doors and around building that you stayed at. Sorry but we will not light up the village as a football stadium! Study a bit about country and culture that you visit and if it doesn't suit you or your family then stay encapsulated at your own place rather then damaging reputation of others by your low intellectual reviews and scores.

The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!
