Very comfortable house in a great location

Plenty of room for the kids to play in the park next to the house. Tuis visiting the trees of the property everyday was definitely a plus!! Highly recommended!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort. The house is meticulously maintained and stocked with every amenity imaginable, from a baby's changing mat to decaf coffee.
One of the standout features of this property is the attention to detail. Not only is everything impeccably clean and organized, but there are also detailed instructions provided for every appliance and gadget in the house. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making sure their guests have everything they need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The location is also unbeatable. Just a short four-minute drive to the town center, you have easy access to restaurants, shops, and various attractions. Yet, despite its proximity to town, the beach house feels like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.
Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or just looking for a solo getaway, this beach house has something for everyone. I can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return for another stay.

Publié le 29 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayAs advertised. How-ever there was /is a building site just over the road so we were woken by hammering most mornings. No mention of this prior to arriving and it was not a new building site. Cant believe the owner didn't know. Also, the BBQ was so black and thick with grease we didn't use it.

The building site across the street is a home renovation (shortly to be completed) owned by a local builder and realtor who look after my Pauanui house. Reaching out to me earlier would have been useful as I could have passed on the noise comment. I most certainly was aware of the renovation but had no information that there were any untoward issues or non-compliant activity. Regarding the barbeque - thanks for letting me know - its always unfortunate when prior guests don't meet their obligations before departing. Thank you for staying and we look forward to welcoming you back!
