Good stay with few hickups
Publié le 26 mai 2022 sur HotelsOverall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.

OUR CHECK IN TIME IS 2.00 PM, CHECK OUT TIME IS 11.00 AM. ACCORDING TO OUR RECORD YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED FROM EXPEDIA. YOU HAVE BOOKED FROM OTHER SUB AGENT (CLEAR TRIP). THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED PROPER INFORMATION TO YOU. ENTRY CHARGES ARE ELEGANTLY COLLECTED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES. THEY COLLECT PARKING CHARGES TO ENTER IN LAVASA. IT SHOULD BE ENTRY CHARGES. BUT NO COSTUMER COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM TO POLICE OR COLLECTOR. WE HAVE ALREADY TAKEN OBJECTION TO COLLECTOR AND POLICE. BUT COLLECTOR OR POLICE DEPARTMENT HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION AND STARTED HARASSING US. IF YOU WANT WE CAN PROVIDE COMPLAINT DRAFT AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEED BACK.

The place is not so happening. Due to low tourism volume. However lavasa is very beautiful. The hotel staff is good but property condition is not in a good shape. This is not worth the price they quoted.
