Stayed for two night Business purpose. The cleanliness of the property is good but detailing has scope of improvement. Overall rooms are nice. Food Quality does have lot of opportunity Overall I rate the stay as 4/5

Checked into the room seeing there was mold over over on the bathroom door and shower, the carpets was not vacuumed at all. Was shocked to see the pillows conditions which had dirty stains. The headboards was oily. The bathroom and toilet stink so bad. The manager Suhas cared less told me they will shift me in other room in 10 mins, almost 1 hour passed still there was no communication whatsoever. The housekeeping staff made so much noise on 2 nd floor. The major mold all over in bathroom is a major health concern and this need to be stopped immediately as this is a health hazard.

Could have done better for the price

The staff was really sweet and helpful. The shower was rusted - I didn’t expect that for the price paid. The toilet flush mechanism wasn’t working well and the flus buttons came off at one point - didn’t exist at the price paid. They can call you a cab (great) but charge extremely high prices just to do so (bad). Overall - good folks but not a good experience.

Terrible from Holiday Inn Standards

Rooms are tight, Bathroom and WBC is tight too and not properly clean. There is mold in bathroom and while taking shower water drops on the floor. Even the rooms have some sort of smell. They have to break wall between two rooms and make it one then it would be better and expand shower and WBC. Also they don't allow visitors to your room as per their policy However if you pay 750/- rupees then visitors are allowed, What nonsensical policy, Again too bad from Holiday Inn standards.
