Excellent facilities and location. The only thing that let it down was the level of service around the pool and in the restaurant.

No air conditioning
Publié le 23 juin 2022 sur HotelsBooked one of the best rooms . The first day I advise that the touch panel of the air conditioning doesn't work properly . The person at the phone confirmed that but he told he can drive the panel form the reception ... and so he did ... so no way to be indipendent in my bedroom . Worst the second night : air conditioning at max fan and no way to stop it not even from the reception . They were able to do that just after 40 minutes turning it off completely .... unforgivable thing for a suite . The day after I received just a " sorry and bye bye " . Easiest and worse way to fix the issue
