Pay more attention to detail
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was just okay. The Jacuzzi tub had no hot water. Both controls were cold water. The mini fridge was sitting on three legs as one was broken and propped up with towels. The desk chair seat was wore out and falling apart. The phone was not even plugged in. The plugs on the nightstand lamp would not hold tightly around my cell phone charging block. All the mirrors were streaked and dusty. But with all that being said, the temp in the room and the bed was pretty comfortable. It was an anniversary get away for us, and it was kind of a let down for the price we paid. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant.

Decent stay!

They put us in a handicap room and my husband wasnt comfortable with that so we opted to "upgrade" to a suite at an extra 50 bucks. The room was nice except for "questionable" stains on the sofa. But we didnt use it so no big deal. Only real complaint is the lawn crew came at 7am on sunday morning being very loud and woke me up on the second floor... breakfast waa great!

Bed linens and towels were disgusting. I’m telling myself they were clean but just stained so I can live with myself.
Free breakfast closes at 9:00, which I think is too early for the weekend. Food was marginal, at best.
