I would be writing to request for a full refund. The place is not conducive for 10 adults
Publié le 31 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was too small to accommodate 10 adults, water is very slow and will take at least 20 minutes for one adult to finish taking a shower. Kitchen is part of the garage. We were given futon as mattresses to accommodate 4 individuals. The 2nd bathroom is too small. We ended up leaving and at the last minute and late at night to find accommodation VRBO didn’t do a good job inspecting this facility. I believe I was misled by VRBO. I can be reached through email and rest assured I will file a complaint. Thanks

Good day. I'm sorry for the issue. Guest should read of the listing of the house before they book. I did not know earlier that they are all senior citizens until they arrived. I gave all the details about the kind of beds we have in the unit. Bunk beds and extra floor mattress is in the listing. Water is normally running . Kitchen is located at the ground floor along with an open dining table and separated to the gated garage .Before they left they are asking for the refund . I gave them almost half of the payout i received. We both agreed on the reason to have them a better and more comfortable place for their ages. Before they leave i have given them a refund they asked for. Thank you and have a good day..

James and family are awesome guests.. we found friendship in them. They are nice people. Looking forward to host them again. Highly recommended to other hosts..
