In general everything was fine, the breakfast place is just around the corner unfortunately they did not offer any beer in the refrigorator and the refrigorator was quite dirty. Nevertheless we would come back again! Thank you for having us!

Für eine Nacht auf Durchreise okay, Check-in flexibel, kein Personal gesehen, Sicherheitsgefühl nicht so gut (andere Gäste).

Kind Tabea,Thank you for the review, we manage 5 buildings during the day and our personnel needs to move to one another during the shift, with 3 cellphones, we try our best with what we have, we can arrange remote check- ins and answer the phone 16 hours a day, and provide reception during afternoon.B.R.

Hot tub? Staff? Rooms by the hour?
Publié le 30 avr. 2023 sur HotelsI received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. During my stay I saw 2 dubious couples arrive without bags, quite late in the evening...
Facilities were old and tired, the shared bathroom door did not close properly or lock.
They advertise a hot tub. This is fiction and should be removed from the description.
I am happy with cheap and cheerful accomodation. This at least was cheap!

Kind Guest,Consider we always send instructions to get in the building even if we are not in office , also there are infos inside the envelope, we manage 5 different buildings together we probably were elsewhere, probably you arrived after reception time, that means that you should have contact us on the phone to tell us , and also to receive extra instructions if you couldnt manage to reach the room, its quite easy actually. The lockers can be used with locks , we sell them but arriving late without telling us we cannot provide those.I don't understand why should you judge other guest by the presence or not of any bags, they surely where guest that already checked in during the day, during reception time, like it should be. The numbers in reception are not incorrect , you simply digited wrong, just enter " 0039" before the other numbers...Next time I suggest you to call or send messages , email, help the people who is guesting you, they can solve problems and provide you a better service, in case.

Nicht empfehlenswert.
Publié le 11 avr. 2023 sur HotelsEs ist eine Jugendherberge. Das Gebäude generell ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Auf dem Bett waren Haare sowie andere kleine Dinger. Wir mussten angezogen schlafen. Heiß Wasser gab es nicht. Unsere Tür war nicht abschliesbar. Sehr dünne Wände, man hörte andere Menschen im Nebenzimmer. Keine Empfehlung meinerseits, nicht mal kurz zum übernachten.

Kind Yura,Many things you said are not correct , in particular:We have hot water all day in all rooms, we have a very big boiler tank , hundreds lts of water available even if everyone is having a shower its not a problem.All the rooms have an electric lock, and dont need keys from outside or inside, no one can enter the room from outside without the card linked to that room.Also, the rooms are cleaned every day , i dont think it was so dirty as you say .Consider also that is an hostel..if you need different comforts maybe its better if you look for 4 star hotel.Thanks for your time.B.R.
