Short and sweet
Publié le 12 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our short stay. Almost centered between 2-great surf spots (Pavones and Pilon) and close enough for a short walk to the beach. All the amenities you need to enjoy during your vacation. I’ll certainly be back!

Everything we needed
Publié le 1 août 2021 sur HomeAwayVery glad we chose to stay here. It was my kids favorite place that we stayed during our 2 weeks in Costa Rica. It had everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable. Just a very short bumpy ride into Pavones and some of the best waves of your life.

Kai Villa is Pura Vida

Nice home - rural/near beach
Publié le 14 mars 2020 sur HomeAwayThis is a clean and quiet home in the country side near Pavones. The home has many comforts including air conditioning & laundry. Beds are upstairs and comfortable. There are several outdoor, covered patios to enjoy the rural views. The kitchen/bathroom/living room are downstairs. All needed kitchenware is provided. There is on site caretakers that are available to answer questions and we appreciated having them nearby. Peaceful area with dirt roads.

Pavones Surf House

Wonderful Location!
Publié le 24 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe property is located roughly half way Between 2 of the best surf breaks in Costa Rica! The unit lay out is well suited for a small group of guests. Having resident caretakers onsite gives you peace of mind that you are being looked after. Wilma & Ramon were very friendly and helpful, Gracias! Property Manager Carolina was excellent as well. She and I had a meet and greet on my arrival and she checked in later to see if everything was fine. In addition she help me book a great day on the water whale watching. All in all I would highly recommend this place. The amenities and location are perfect for a stay in the area.
