The cleanliness of the property was very questionable, we found ants in the bathroom and kitchen, we found a live cockroach running on cabinet in kitchen when we turned on the lights, when we chased it and moved the microwave there were dead ones. The door to the garage was wide open when we came in and the door to the backyard was not locked. The kitchen very much smelled like cigarette smoke. Lots of dirt along baseboards and cobwebs. We did not spend much time there and chose to not eat there. Cute place, just needs a good thorough cleaning and an exterminator

Good location for Mercantile

House was fully stocked! It was very comfortable and happy to have had a closed in garage! Ants were found in multiple places. We found ant poison and used it. Recommend long term treatment!
Close proximity to everything!!

We spent a couple nights in this rental. It was very clean, and easy to get to anywhere in town. The owner communicated a lot of good information. Would definitely stay here again.

Pioneer woman birthday gift
