Come kick your shoes off and stay awhile-in Pawhuska, Oklahoma where “The SMILES are ALWAYS FREE.” This historical home was built in 1925 and has been completely updated while maintaining the "old world" charm. Over 1500 sq. feet of living space that includes large rooms, high ceilings and alot of windows providing natural light. No need to climb stairs and haul belongings a distance-Park at the back door under covered parking. Very quiet neighborhood with great outdoor space to enjoy a quiet evening. Located in the "Heart of Pawhuska and the Osage" within close proximity to area attractions. Less than 2 miles from downtown and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Great location with easy access to all of the area attractions by vehicle. There is a very steep hill from downtown to house that would be a challenge for most people to walk.
