The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the restaurant mushroom burger was off the chain delicious.

Had to hunt down the front desk clerk. Not friendly at all. First room assigned - carpet wet Switched rooms. - no hot water

Desk clerk was really friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints about anything. Breakfast was great.

The trip was to visit family (in-laws), and we decided to check in a day early since my business in Louisiana was done a day earlier. The front desk agent who checked us in was decent and told my husband to come down and let them know we had a reservation for the next two days and see if we could keep the same room. So, Saturday am, I came down and was greeted with some hostility from the young lady who apparently had me mixed up with someone her age, the finger pointing as if to tell me to shush really caught me off guard, her rudeness and her tone in how she spoke to me told me that either she’s in the habit of treating people any kind of way or that she simple had no home training! I literally had to pull the manager to the side and speak with her about the way she treated me and then how she treated my husband! This is my 4th review because she would be the reason I never stay at another Holiday Inn!! And I know she disabled our key cards after she was spoken too!
