Near airport and shuttle service.

The shower didn’t work, TV didn't work, A/C worked but was not sufficient. Room was not thoroughly cleaned as I kept finding “evidence” of previous guests. I thought the staff was really friendly until I asked for a refund on unused nights and was refused. (I had booked 4 nights and barely made it through 1) Stay away! Stay far away!

Got to room door key wouldn’t work go back down guy at desk never said a word redone key get in room the safety latch was broke with part missing , the flooring was coming up and floor had been mopped with something that made it very slippery.Will not stay here again !

There was no shuttle bus service as it is listed on website. That was reason I booked this hotel, but no shuttle service.

Raindrops were falling
Posted Jul. 25, 2024 on HotelsThere was a water leak in our ceiling so I was soaked in my bed while sleeping. When reported the front desk person was no help. Not once was I offered compensation for my serious inconvenience. Also mirror fell off the wall!!
