New management needs experience
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HotelsNew management so the info on hotels.com is now incorrect -no breakfast, no pets. Room wasn't cleaned, bathroom very dirty, floors filthy, no top sheets, no shower curtain, no tp, toilet was turned off. Management didn't seem to understand or care. We had lower expectations set based on the price but this was worse than we'd expected.

Close to stores, restaurants, gas stations. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Staff at hotel was rude and the hotel was extremely dirty and unsanitary! The floors were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes and i asked for a king size bedroom and they gave me a 2 queen bed room not what i asked for. Then i asked for a refund and they didnt give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me! Never staying or going near that place again!!

Everything about this place was gross. Comforters were stained and dirty. Towels only 2 were in the room. They were also stained. Bathtub was dirty.
