Pool was full of algae, front desk didnt realize pool was green

The towels and sheets are dingy looking. ( not white)
Shower didnt work had to change rooms. Ice machines didnt work. Dryer didnt work, no soap in the rooms, went to ask for some. She couldnt give it to me . The supply closet was locked. Tub was dirty,, there wasnt anyone at the front desk. Had to call a different number. .the floor near the AC and bed was wet .does feel homie. More like abandoned building. Shower faucets need fixing. There was wirers hanging out in some area.

Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot and humid. The hotel bed sheets had stains, and some of the staff members were rude. I requested a room change because the first room leaked into the ceiling, and the door wouldn't lock. I had to wait until the next day for a room change. Everything was old and in bad condition. The only reason why I decided to stay was that before it was a Hilton hotel, and I had a really good experience with the breakfast and the pool. However, now the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and the pool wasn't open for the guests.

Publié le 10 mai 2024 sur HotelsI called to confirm a request for a early check-in. It was confirmed that a room would be ready for me. When I checked in they informed me I would have to wait 4 or 5 hours for a room to be cleaned. My stay was only going to be for 7 hours so this wouldn’t work for my needs and was not what I was promised.

Customer service was not good. They didn’t answer the lobby phone, no where to be found.
