Too many Issues with this Home

Very disappointing. The home’s utilities and amenities were very problematic.  There were multiple problems, loss of amenities and utilities causing multiple distractions by multiple service people every day of our stay, including mantainence men, plumbers, electricians and movers.. Old furniture left outside on the entrance (very classy). Hot tub would not get hot. Lost hot water through entire home for several hours. Lost all Power and Water pressure for several hours during dark hours of the day - needed to use candles and flashlights to manage. Security alarm went off for no reason. No way to turn off the piercing siren. I reached out to the property management team at Luxevacations several times before deciding to write this review and I am very disappointed that they never responded. For what I paid to stay at this property, I am extremely frustrated and I cannot give this property a good review.

Weekend to remember

Overall this property is fantastic. Great area & super convenient for a large party. It was my wedding weekend, the wedding party got ready there. So much room for all of our guests. Very pretty views! Any issue that came up, the team was very quick to respond & resolve it. We would definitely come back here!

Luxe1 Pebble Beach

Plus.. easily Logan, our contact with Luxe1. Good guy, but only with them as summer job Yes, place was as spectacular as site suggested. Minus… Zorka. Why a minus …did not reply to initial multiple emails and messages, sent both directly to her and also via vrbo site, with questions on property. Latter claimed issues with their email as reason. Later sent another email to Zorka and Dominic, using their direct email addresses, short question, no answer. Shortly before coming, I saw no guests were scheduled for day before arrival. Email to Zorka…on early arrival. At last replying… stated ok to arrive 2 hours early. Get to place and door code fails. Only at this time am I told my main contact is Logan, not Dominic. Problem…. Zorka apparently never told Logan of my early arrival. Not a good start… Finally resolved with phone calls. Bottom line… tho not a big deal, overall communication with and by Zorka was not what to expect from a place with this price tag. Other than the poor communication, place was great.

Short but Sweet

We rented Lux 1 In pebble Beach at the end of April 2024. We were attending a family wedding, we were only there for two nights which didn’t seem long enough! The home is lovely, huge, clean and very well managed. Zorka is a wonderful contact and very accommodating and gracious. We wished we had booked at least another night so we could truly enjoy the estate. It’s gated, safe and the views are spectacular. We will be back!!

Amazing Views

We stayed at the property 3 nights prior to checking into Pebble Beach. Comfortably held 12 0f us. Highly recommend, very reasonable pricing.and would do it again.

Business Customer Event

The Estate was very impressive and a big hit with our customers. The management company was very accommodating to our needs. They helped us get a private chef. They stocked the kitchen with groceries. They had the house cleaned daily. During our stay, there was a big storm. The roads were blocked with downed trees and electrical wires. We were told by emergency personnel that we could not leave until the area had been cleaned up. It turned out that this did not happen until the next day. The management company let us stay another night and made sure we were safe. I can't say enough good things about our experience here.

Ballantrae Chateau

We enjoyed staying in the house, however, there were not bright enough lights in the kitchen at the table. Hard to see at night. Lots of stairs throughout the house making it difficult for older people! The grounds were exquisite and we had daily visits from the neighborhood deer! A hairdryer in each bathroom would have been helpful.
