Amazing location, comfortable stay
Publié le 20 nov. 2023 sur HotelsComfortable location in the vicinity of tourist attractions, cozy homestay, owners were very polite and readily helpful, they always greeted with a polite face and very customer friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, not many amenities provided (low pricing so understood), WiFi was decent in the room we stayed. Overall felt at home.

Completely Unhappy with Owner’s attitude & facilit
Publié le 21 mai 2018 sur HotelsHad very bad experience with annoying uncomfort and irresponsible attitude of the owner Shibu.
We booked two rooms with balcony for four of us for a night. It was raining when we reached in evening so after dinner we went to bed.
Suddenly we woke up around 12 midnight as it was very hot since AC and lights were off. Assuming power failure, waited for its return but alas it did not till morning 6 am, ultimately spent the night in complete darkness without AC or Fan.
In morning when complained to Shibu why there was no light whole night when all other neighbouring home stays had it? Then he said that he had switched off the main supply from ground floor. We asked why? We said how can he do it leaving his guests without electricity whole night? He replied, “it’s always our practice to switch off lights after 11-11.30 in the night.” We said it’s a basic facility of comfort and power supply every guest expects, to which he said, this is home stay not a hotel so we can’t expect such services. We were very upset with his response and such a careless attitude toward guests. Hence we asked to refund the charges in absence of such facility, to which he rrefused raising his voice.

Centraal en toch rustig met mooi uitzicht
