Thekkady is a great place to visit due to the Periyar Wildlife Park and abundant spice plantations. The hotel staff were very happy to organise transport and activities.
The hotel itself is in a nice location up in the forest but is perhaps a bit tired.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The infinity pool was the star. The spa was also amazing. Few things need to be upgraded but other than that the resort is amazing with stunning views and yummy food.

The Cardamom Club was a great experience. The pool was fantastic, the spa had great staff and the massages were extremely relaxing. The chef made excellent food and the whole staff, including Ashok and Indu and others, were really accommodating and helpful. The staff is a great asset to the property - everyone is friendly and provided help with anything that came up. I would highly recommend the mountain view cottage and the massage spa!

Oasis of tranquility
Publié le 15 févr. 2020 sur HotelsVery much enjoyed our two night stay. Great to be in the middle of the rainforest and hear to cacophony of bird song everywhere. Attention to detail was very evident and the Manager Himadri was first class. We enjoyed a two hour walk up a nearby mountain accompanied by a delightful staff member Ragu and enjoyed a 360 panoramic view over the bordering National Park. And the other standout was the kitchen with excellent fare and worked on an a la carte principle. So very pleased not to see yet another buffet! Thanks for a memorable stay.
