layanan room service baik... sarapan kurang menarik.. pelayannya mengatakan makanannya sisa dr menu sahur.. menyedihkan sekali.. bayar hotel full.. tapi cmn dapat makanan sisa... mana untuk sarapan anak dicharge pula.. handuk dan bedcover kelihatan dekil.. lokasi bagus depan carrefour.. butuh barang dapat terpenuhi segera...

Pour : Hotel location, well equipped rooms, good buffet breakfast.
Contre : Level of english used by staff.
My second stay at this property this year, Staff are cautious and polite, check in was simple. Hotel room is well equipped with a good air conditioning system, plentiful hot water with a big bathroom and good wifi internet. Breakfast spread was great. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pekalongan.

Decent hotel with a satisfactory stay.

Pour : Comfortable double bed made for a good rest, Air conditioning and plumbing worked well ( Hot water and good pressure). Buffet breakfast was good.
Contre : Communication in English could be improved by some of the staff members, cleanliness of the room also needs some attention.
Emplacement : The hotel is well located with plenty of places to eat outside and a large mall across the street.
I stayed two nights at Hotel Dafam Pekalongan, during mid May. Checked in early evening on a Wednesday. Hotel lobby area was quite on arrival so that made check in very quick. Porter was prompt and friendly and showed me to my room (702). Stayed in an Executive room with one double bed, priced included a buffet breakfast and wifi access. Hotel room was in a decent state, I received two bottles of water daily and housekeeping topped up the tea and coffee facilities and bathroom amenities as needed. I did note that that cleanliness of the room was average. There were some ant like pests on the study table when I first checked in and also the walls had peeling wallpaper and some rather obvious dirt stains. Overall, the hotel condition was satisfactory, but I must say the stay was comfortable. Thank you Staff of Hotel Dafam Pekalongan.
