A bit noisy by people those are staying fir wedding ceremony on weekend. It seems better to stay on weekday, but it was amazing swimming pool and beautiful.

The hotel is quite old but still in good condition..thanks to miss clara to assist me upon check in.. im staying in 522..room is good but I haved problem about the ac..its not cold properly but they send the Maintenance to repair.it was cool then.. breakfast just average.. they have local drink called ‘Jamu’.. i’m so excited to try it for the first time..it was awesome..thanks to restaurant guy explaining to me with patience about the Jamu..others restaurant staff should SMILE not moody in the morning. Im a cat lover so I enjoyed my breakfast with the cat there.. but not everyone feel the same as me..SPECIALLY THANKS to Mr. Alfian from front desk..he’s very helpful,friendly and always smiling.. he is the heart of the hotel.. and thanks to others receptionist too because always help me..and Pak concierge(forgot the name) thank u for helping me with the luggage. He also friendly and talk to me nicely.. to housekeeper team thank a lot bcoz always clean up my room..what can I say its such amazing 6 night to stay here with the loved one..thank you..will come back soon😉

They changed my room

I had paid via Expedia for a non smoking room, but the hotel gave smoking rooms, the reason the non smoking room was full. I was disappointed.

Furnishings are all stained, not very inviting

Tired hotel, staff were very friendly service decent but rooms are in need of a refurbish. Nothing worse than carpet so stained you don't want to take your shoes off or furniture stained so badly you don't wNt to sit on it.

Decent stay

Stayed for two nights during a business travel, okay hotel but it gets old fast in these part of the world. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing not too much to choose from. But overall a decent stay.
