Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay. This felt like a scam honestly. Furthermore, for some reason the housekeepers always knocks at around 9am and attempts to enter even though the DO NOT DISTURB sign was clearly flashed. This is extremely disturbing. Overall,I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel.
