Podere Castallare is in a beautiful location.
Unfortunately we did not have a relaxing stay. Music was played at full volume directly into our bedroom from the bar from around 4pm - 11pm every day. It was so loud we could not spend time in our room. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed.
We were treated rudley at dinner by the manager, which added to the tension in the atmosphere.

However, we were surprised when you came during dinner service and disconnected our sound system without informing us, even going as far as to touch one of our staff member's phones. We always aim to create a pleasant atmosphere for all our guests, and open communication is key to addressing any concerns.
