Publié le 13 déc. 2023 sur HotelsHotel is looking a little old and in need of some updates. Clean though very basic. Do not rely on the airport shuttle as it does not arrive to collect you as I discovered and phone numbers at hotel do not get answered.

Nice hotel, with great rooms, nice staff and good location. Two problems however: (1) while the room was great, the bathroom was miserable (it badly needs refreshing), and (2) the price is relatively high and there was little negotiation even though the hotel is was empty. I had to pay an extra 70$ per night for a small extra bed for my 10yo son.

Greetings to Raphael's Hotel.
Thank you very much for your review. Raphael's appreciates your good experience and apologizes for the bad experience. However Raphael's Hotel is wondering how come that you had to pay 70$ per night yet the extra bed is only 40$ per night. After the negotiation you only paid 30$ per night for the extra bed.Kindly note that the guest review are read by all the people from all walks of life and therefore it's good to say the gospel truth for the betterment of the both parties.
