Great property in a beautiful place. Service was OK and condition of rooms and halls is a bit tired. Needs a renovation and owners seem to have understaffed the property.

Disappointed
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HotelsHot tub was out of order. Ice machine was out of order. Gold course was in terrible shape. Steak restaurant was not open on Friday or Saturday. Service was terrible at the sports bar. Room was nice but that is all that I can say was positive about our stay

Weekend trip
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HotelsThe resort had a charming appeal and potential, but it seems in need of some basic attention. Our room had a “smell,” which we adjusted to, but we also found the bathroom not cleaned very well nor the carpet of the room. The room was spacious and nice amenities. We were there on a Saturday evening and the steakhouse wasn’t open. Although there were not many people in the bar and grill at our time of visit, the staff seemed overwhelmed…. We had to seek out assistance, our drinks were forgotten, our food order was inaccurate… We enjoyed the golf course, didn’t have time during our stay for other activities, but seems with a little more attention, this could be a great resort. We felt safe and enjoyed our time well enough.

Restaurant was good but out of a lot of food .
I had items stolen from me that I had left in a closet but called to inform them .

We picked this hotel specifically because it said it had a lounge and full restaurant on site. Also a pool hot tube and sauna. When we arrived we were told that the lounge and restaurant were only open on Fridays and Saturdays. There was an additional charge for 25.00 on our bill but we were not able to use any of the amenities because they were not open. This was disappointing.
