Bel hôtel colonial... très cher .

L'erreur est d'Expedia ... j'ai réservé une chambre à 2 lits et ma confirmation le confirme mais l'hôtel n'a pas reçu la même. C'est donc mon collègue qui c'est tapé le hide a bed . Sinon que les prix eu ne sont pas de l'époque coloniale c'est très cher une chambre à 500$/nuitée dans un bungalow et une salade césar délicieuse à 32$
Tout au Bermudes est hors de prix

Staff is very attentive to the needs of their guests! Transportation at no cost is provided to the Ferry and downtown area from the hotel. It was an easy walk back to the hotel from downtown and to the ferry.

Amazing Hotel - Highly Recommended

The service of every single staff member was exceptional making my day with every interaction whether it was a greeting in passing or a conversation at breakfast or the reception.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and really would highly recommend this hotel as a place for a business stay or family vacation.

One Surprising Blind Spot

However, the Food & Beverage service was incongruously inferior — breakfast was same as a Days Inn, happy hour wines were excellent, but served with Doritos and peanuts! Price fixed dinner and cocktails were grossly over-priced. Too bad, otherwise a quite impressive hotel.

Good day Mark, Thank you for taking the time to review our property! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and were pleased with our staff but are saddened to hear that we lacked in the food and beverage department. We strive to increase the value for money for our guests by providing complimentary continental breakfast and wine hour for our guests daily, as well as other complimentary amenities. Ascots provides a 3 course pre-fixed dinner for 75.00 plus gratuity, but guests also have the choice of dining a la carte if they do not wish to have all 3 courses. We truly apologize that you were unimpressed by the dining options at our hotel and have taken your remarks into consideration. We hope to welcome you back to Royal Palms in the future! First time in Bermuda

Its been a long time since I stayed somewhere that felt like home. The staff was so pleasant and cheerful, the complimentary social hour led to new friendships and all accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but look forward to returning and staying longer.
