Tres Bon Accueil, pratique. Éviter les chambres près des vending machines. Bon petit déjeuner pour un gratuit. Cookies le soir.

We traveled all day and were looking forward to going to the pool with the kids since they've been in the car so long but the pool was shut down for cleaning. The front desk attendant suggested we go to the Red Lyon. The room we booked was a one bedroom to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. The Red Lyon didn't have a one bedroom unit. The kids were very disappointed and hoped it would be available in the morning but the pool cleaner didn't show up so no pool.

Colin did a great job!

Stayed at this hotel because of other reviews. True that it’s not newer hotel but it was better than lower priced motels. Colin helped us check in and was very courteous and took extra effort to ensure our room was ready. We didn’t use the pool but it looked in good shape and other guests were happily using it. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good with hot options. Staff was very friendly. We would consider this hotel again when traveling through.

Front desk staff awesome. Not impressed with breakfast. Pool was dirty and pool area un organized.

I paid $233 to stay in this place and it had filthy carpet I didn’t want to walk on without shoes. This is a $90 hotel pretending to be worth more.

I physically could not make it to the property for my booking due to a wildfire in the area closing the freeway repeatedly. I called the property the night before and “Anna” said no problem, the booking could be cancelled and fully refunded as it was outside my control and theirs. However, I was billed for the stay and the property refuses to refund me, even for something outside my control (closed roads) and which their employee said was not a problem. As well, Expedia offers no recourse other than talking to the property manager. Not happy with either Best Western Pendleton or Expedia.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We would have loved to take care of you but unfortunately due to fire, you could not make it. Since you made reservation through Expedia, it would be Expedia that would charge you and not us. As Anna promised, we cancelled all the reservation even on day of arrival who could not make it due to fire and closure of highway as we do understand that these elements are beyond our control. Please get in touch with Expedia for the changes. Thank you again for the review and hope to see you some other time.

Best Western Pendelton Inn was Excellent

We have stayed here several times. The entire hotel is immaculate. The room was well equipped and had excellent air-conditioning, beds and linens. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The check in was easy. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee during our stay. The pool was outside and very nice.
