Not so good . . .

Not so good. Run down. Our sheets looked used and old. Chair in our room had stains on it. TV in our room did not work - we had to get three different remotes before one worked.The lobby garbage cans were full. Mildew smell in the bathroom. It was just below standards for a Holiday Inn Express.

Electricity was out when we arrived, staff is extremely unwelcoming , felt like they hate there jobs, next day my toilet started bubbling, toilet over flowed , water all over restroom and it came out to rug, I asked to be put in another room , and I got a horrible response ,,, manager told me I can check out if I wanted to , but she will not put me in another room.... I'm traveling with my husband and 2 kids.... horrible customer service. I will never stay at another holiday inn express. someone needs to clean house with that awful front staff , they all sit around playing games on there phones..

it was terrible, i was woken at 3:30 am by someone doing laundry as part of the group that was staying in the hotel. I got up and ask for her to stop and the front desk did nothing. i didnt even stay the second night and went to another hotel.

Because I booked through Expedia I was charged 100 for an incidental fee. Which is supposedly reimbursed. I have left my CC on file at hotels in the past. without being charged, was a surprise when I checked in on after I had paid my non refundable rental fee. Find this very annoying

UNCOMFORTABLE UNHAPPY GUEST☹️

The people were very Kind. MY ROOM was a SUITE for 4 days for my mom’s 80th BDAY FOR THE PRICE NOT SO NICE.. I even stayed an extra day full PRICE so we didn’t have to change rooms/HOTELS on Monday.HAD TO COMPLAIN 2 nights in a row kids running being loud! Big Dogs barking.. NOT SO RELAXING.. the couch looked like a cat or Dog scratched it all up..PET HAIRS!! Weird smell in the room.. NEEDS REMOLDING FOR THE PRICE OF THE SUITE!! I wont stay there AGAIN!! We go to PENDLETON, OREGON ALOT TO GAMBLE AT WILDHORSE CASINO!! NO MORE BUSINESS FROM NE HOLIDAY IN‼️

Only thing I have to say I'm thankful for you giving us for tollit paper and taking out trash but....!! It be nice if you would have asked to do that either before we left the room or was already there..!! That's all

Booked on app, got to the hotel, no rooms available. Happened to me twice same night in Pendleton. Terrible. Had to drive 30 min back from where I came from at midnight for a room.
