Great staff
Posted Aug. 3, 2024 on HotelsThe staff was amazing and very friendly even when they were dealing customers who complained and constantly asked for a discount. The manager was great and very patient. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Posted Aug. 3, 2024 on HotelsInitially I thought the pre-checkin was a good idea. We had 3 rooms. However, when we arrived, we still had to present credit cards. One room was double charged.
Also, the beds were never made, one day the trash was not emptied, we to ask for toilet paper.

We had an outstanding experience! Clean, safe and quiet. We also liked that there was an Aldi's close by and a beautiful 7 mile trail.

The pool was cloudy and not swimmable for us. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is a good value. We'll stay here again if we're in the area.

We stayed at Microtel as overflow for our family while we visited Keuka Lake. We appreciated the breakfast each morning and really liked the coffee. Although they seemed to be understaffed, they were polite and helpful and very friendly. It is within walking distance to the grocery store and local shopping. We also discovered pickleball courts within walking distance in a local park and played every morning that we were there. There is plenty of parking. I would recommend staying there.
